Zonalia is an independent, privately operated technology product of Aurum Digital Consulting Limited. Zonalia is not the Nigeria Customs Service, Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority, Nigeria Ports Authority, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Standards Organisation of Nigeria, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, Central Bank of Nigeria, any other regulator or public authority, or any customs broker, freight forwarder, carrier, bank, insurer, inspection company or professional adviser.
No use of Zonalia, no status displayed in the platform, and no output generated by Zonalia constitutes government approval, customs clearance, licence, permit, tariff ruling, valuation decision, compliance certificate, legal opinion, tax opinion, insurance cover, logistics commitment or professional certification.
Operational intelligence only
Readiness labels, BLOCKED/ACTION REQUIRED/READY states, HOLD/CLEAR gates, risk rankings, trade briefs, recommended actions, exception signals, reminders and similar outputs are internal operational decision aids. They indicate conditions detected from information available to the platform; they do not establish that a transaction is lawful, complete, commercially sound, compliant or accepted by any authority or third party.
HS codes, duties, taxes and landed cost
HS classifications, tariff references, duties, levies, taxes, exchange-rate assumptions and landed-cost outputs are estimates or working references only. Actual treatment can depend on product characteristics, origin, use, valuation, concessions, exemptions, documentary evidence, administrative practice and official determination. Users must verify material classifications and assessments through the appropriate authority or qualified professional before relying on them.
Supplier and document controls
Supplier Instruction Packs, document checklists, readiness rules and pre-shipment controls are organisational tools. They do not transfer responsibility for supplier performance, document authenticity, shipment contents, inspection, product quality, regulatory compliance or cargo admissibility to Zonalia or Aurum.
Third-party and public information
Zonalia may use, display, link to or depend on public information and third-party systems. Such sources may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or changed without notice. Zonalia does not control and does not warrant third-party data, websites, government systems, payments, logistics networks or service providers.
AI and automated outputs
Some outputs may be generated or prioritised using automated rules, statistical methods or artificial-intelligence techniques. These systems can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Automated output must be reviewed in context and should not be the sole basis for a material customs, legal, financial, tax, compliance, procurement, shipment or investment decision.
No guarantee of outcome
Zonalia does not guarantee clearance, release, delivery, approval, cost, transit time, absence of penalties, absence of detention or demurrage, profitability, supplier performance, or that a transaction will proceed without regulatory or commercial intervention.
No endorsement or agency
References to authorities, institutions, laws, tariff schedules, service providers or commercial parties are for context only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership, appointment, agency or delegated authority unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement by the relevant party.
User responsibility
The user remains responsible for transaction accuracy, lawful trade, official filings, regulatory approvals, professional appointments, due diligence and final decisions. Where the consequences of an error are material, obtain confirmation from the competent authority or an appropriately qualified adviser.
Use of Zonalia is subject to the Terms of Service. Paid service commitments, where applicable, are governed by the Service Level Agreement.
